I am honestly so impressed with the team at Pink Car Leasing. I’ve used the same leasing provider for 10 years plus and this time I had a look around for the most competitive deal and Pink came out on top by a long way! The sales team (Bradley in particular) was so helpful and patient whilst I explored varying terms and mileage options and he found me the perfect deal that suited me. The lead time was accurate and all communications from order to the car arriving were spot on. The car was delivered promptly and by a lovely guy who made sure I was happy with the car and took the time to explain how to use certain features. I received a follow up call post delivery to check everything was okay and I’ve even had a lovely welcome pack sent through the post. I am a very happy (new) customer to Pink and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking to lease a car with a friendly, professional and experienced team. Big thank you from me.

The service I received from Anissa Elmecheri is the sales department was excellent. She was friendly, information and very helpful. The service was fast but not pushy, I didn't have to wait for days for an answer or reply. She called first to introduce herself but was happy to communicate with email. She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. Although we did not order a vehicle with Pink car leasing this time it was due to make and model availability definitely not the service I was receiving. Thank you!

Good internet set up. Clear on pricing and T&Cs. Always quick to answer phone and try and help. Seems a pretty well run organisation. Expedited car delivery for me. A little technical issue with car that needs addressing but sure that will be supported by Pink to sort it out. Have already recommended Pink to others.

I would definitely recommend Pink car leasing. Billy and Sanjay were excellent at answering any questions and made the ordering and delivery of the car a simple process. Very pleased with my Audi A3!

We have used Pink car leasing twice now and both time have had a great experience. Throughout the process we had prompt replies and any questions I had were answered. A special thank you to Billy Ward who was so helpful and helped me order my car. The delivery date was 2 months after the initial delivery date I was given but I had asked why there were delays and I had quick responses and I understand there is nothing that can be done as it is down to the manufacturer. Great team and great experience would recommend!

My first time leasing a car. Chris, Ben and team were super helpful throughout the process explaining everything. When my preferred car wasn’t available for a long time they offered a much nicer alternative at an even cheaper price. Most competitive pricing in the market that I could see. The whole process was super smooth and I got my car after about 2 weeks, all excellent couldn’t be happier.

Chris Hart provided an excellent service for my mum Dominique when searching for a new lease car after our previous lease company let us down when trying to renew. Chris kept us in mind when the car we wanted came back up at the price we wanted, and processed our details very quickly and efficiently to secure the car. Great Company! From the start till receiving my car they have been great. Communication is key in processes such a leasing a car and throughout my process till receiving my car they have been informative providing me with regular updates on when I will receive my car and a great help with all queries I have had a long the way! After weeks of researching pricing across different car lease firms, Pink were the most competitive. A big mention to Anissa for her patience during the quote process and speedy responses to all correspondence. When the vehicle was ordered, we were advised of a sooner delivery time but there were some delays at the Port (out of the hands of the lease company). Anissa kept me in regular contact and managed to prioritise the delivery to meet my requirements once the car had cleared its checks. I found Anissa the most proactive contact through all of the lease companies that we contacted and came up with the best deal to win the business. Certainly would recommend and have nothing negative to date to mention about the experience.

Great service from PCL. My contact was Alex Maskell, on initial contact I was given an updated quote which was cheaper again. Ordering the car was easy and all options explained. No hard sell or pushy tactics at all. I was kept up to date with all expected delivery times and any questions I had were answered promptly. Will 100% use again when current lease nears it end.
